During my stay at Boutique & Spa Hotel Heaven in Velingrad, I found the baroque-style room to be charming, with a stunning sunset view. The impeccable housekeeping and quiet ambiance made for a relaxing retreat. The use of natural mineral water in the pool was a unique touch, ensuring a refreshing swim without harsh chemicals.While the welcoming staff and high-quality, homemade meals at the restaurant were impressive, the value for money is where the hotel truly shines. The on-site spa facilities, including a sauna, steam room, and indoor pool, added to the overall luxurious experience without breaking the bank.One minor downside was the lack of ironing facilities in the room, but the spacious terrace and comfortable amenities more than made up for it. For those seeking a serene getaway in the Balkans without compromising on quality, Boutique & Spa Hotel Heaven offers a great balance of luxury and value.
